A lifelong athlete, Diana met unexpected challenges when she first stepped onto the mat in 2005 expecting only to lengthen tight muscles. She continues to be inspired and challenged by the physical, mental and Spiritual growth that arises when practicing yoga. Her yoga practice eventually transitioned to a daily activity that is practiced both on and off the mat. Diana's teaching style reflects a blend of various forms of Hatha Yoga including: Dharma Mittra, Iyengar and Astanga with attention to alignment. Most importantly, Diana continues to be a student of yoga and trains regularly with master, Sri Dharma Mittra and less frequently with Iyengar certified yoga masters.
