Diana started practicing yoga in 2005, but didn’t become a student of Yoga until she began taking classes with her beloved teacher and Master Yogi, Sri Dharma Mittra. Diana teaches Hatha-Raja Yoga incorporating breathing exercises, meditation and a flowing asana (poses) practice with attention to alignment and the true goal of Yoga. Her students’ favorite “ Diana-ism” is “Don’t try hard; try easy. Let the pose come to you,” and other cues she’s learned or developed over her years of teaching.
Diana is a graduate of both the 500 and 800-hour Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi Teacher Trainings. She earned her RYT-200, in the Iyengar tradition, at the Yoga Room School of Long Island/Drishti Yoga.
