Yoga Nidra is a form of active meditation that is practiced while lying in savasana (corpse pose). Yoga Nidra is similar to deep relaxation, except that in yoga nidra, autosuggestions (created by practitioner) are planted into the subconscious. According to Sri Dharma Mittra, deep relaxation is the best antidote to impurities and subdues depression, anxiety, stress and tension. All cells in the body will be revitalized and rejuvenated. This practice is recommended for all levels of practitioners. Class is $14. Class cards are also accepted.
